Changes & Transitions Workshops

Throughout life you are faced with making choices about how you want your life to be that involve making changes. All change is fraught with concerns, fears, and questions: How do I know if making this change will make me happy? Is it meaningful? How can I stay true to myself during this transition? Who am I anyway? And, how do I make decisions? Phillip Moffitt leads daylong and weekend workshops that can help you answer these questions. These workshops explore such topics as self-esteem, career fulfillment, money, intimacy, doubts, and life balance. You will have the opportunity to assess the issues in your life and whether change is needed, develop options and a vision for your life, and create a plan for making decisions. These workshops emphasize making wise choices through clarification of your values.
