In this talk given just before the winter solstice when nights are long, Phillip uses the outer darkness as an analogy for our inner darkness and examines how the darkness can serve us on the spiritual path.
Date of talk: December 13, 2009
Length: 52 minutes
1. When you are feeling the darkness, what can you be grateful for? Look for something to be grateful for.
2. In what way could you serve someone else who is feeling the darkness?
3. Create a ritual for yourself that will turn the holi-days into holy days.
