As a memorial to his friend George Leonard, Phillip discusses Leonard’s work on mastery and examines it from a Buddhist perspective. Approaching mastery as an orientation to life rather than as possession, Moffitt explores what is necessary to develop mastery in our practice as well as what hinders it. This talk lists specific keys for mastery as well as impediments.

Date of talk: February 21, 2010
Length: 54 minutes
