How can we deal with difficulty when it manifests in our lives? Possible responses include collapse, denial, restlessness, worry, fear, and self-blaming. By living with the difficult in skillful ways, we are more empowered to fix it or attend to it as best we can. Can we be willing to let difficulty break open our hearts?
