What can we do when we’re stuck in a relationship, a job, or any other area of our lives? Making “stuckness” the object of our meditation offers the possibility of shifting our experience from one of deadness and spinning to one where possibilities may emerge that lead to movement. This talk contains specific suggestions for inner dialogue, which can help us reposition ourselves.
Date of talk: March 21, 2010
Length: 50 minutes
1. Note when you are feeling stuck. "Stuckness is like this..."
2. Explore your relationship to "stuckness." Notice how you respond to feeling stuck. Notice your attitude.
3. Notice when you experience "stuckness" in another person. What is your reaction?
