What does it actually feel like to be present in the body without judging, comparing or fixing? If you look closely at the entirety of knowing the body in this moment, isn’t it slightly different from the previous moment? Being present in the body could more aptly be said to be present in the stream of sensations called the body. Notice your perceptions, reactions, responses, and relationships to this stream of sensations.
