Vipassina Sitting group with teacher for Phoenix or Scottsdale

I just moved from Mecca ( SF Bay Area) to Scottsdale Arizona and there are many groups, none of them even vaguely approaching anything in San Francisco.

I'm seeking a group in this area that has:
Vipassina focus
A sitting period of silent meditation
An actual teacher who can initially guide the meditation
An actual teacher delivering a dharma talk or facilitating discussion

There are dharma punks guiding themselves admirably and people hosting silent meditations with stray cats in their homes-- just dead silence followed by socializing.

None of this is adequate. In Tuscon, there are groups that meet in the fall and that is about 2 hours of driving each way for maybe a 2 hour sitting/talk. NOt a good combination.
