Phillip Moffitt, Dharma Teacher

Phillip Moffitt is a vipassana meditation teacher and a member of the Teachers Council at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Northern California.   He teaches at retreat centers around the United States and Canada and leads a weekly meditation class in Marin County, California. What is Dharma Wisdom?

Dharma means “truth” or “the way things are” and also refers to the teachings of the Buddha. The phrase dharma wisdom has many interpretations including the wisdom attained by practicing the dharma. Phillip Moffitt uses the phrase to describe the application of spiritual insight to finding freedom and well-being in your daily life, just as it is.
